• who we are

we are for youth, by youth.

YCollab is a youth-led community non-for-profit organisation based in South-West Sydney with the mission to empower young people to create the positive social impact they want to see!

We hope to create opportunities for young people to find a community where they feel connected, valued and inspired to make change in a fun, wholesome environment.

what we care about

We are led by our values of community, collaboration and evolution.

Community
Community extends beyond a physical space where suburbs reside or the people in it. We define community by the sounds, the food, stories, music, culture and history passed on from the generations before us.

Collaboration
We pride ourselves in our collaborative approach to all tasks big or small. It’s even in our name! We are guided by the community and take a proactive approach in ensuring all our projects are created in partnership with our community. This ensures all our projects are created to serve and benefit the community by really tackling the issues that are most important to the community.

Evolution
Last but not least, we value sustainability. The world around us is constantly evolving and we are too! At YCollab we are constantly adapting to address the needs of our community as they arise to ensure we are always contributing to projects that continue to benefit our community in the long-term.
